We'll provide a quote for your home, including setup, along with a realistic breakdown of any additional costs you may incur. We can even estimate monthly payments before you apply for a home loan.

Apply for Financing
Complete your loan application online or in person at our office. You can typically expect an answer within 24–48 hours.

Evaluate Your Property
We'll schedule a site visit to determine what's needed to get your property ready for your new home.

Close on Your Loan
Loan closing typically takes 3–6 weeks. This timeline is approximate, as appraisals, title work, surveys, and other requirements may affect the closing date.

Delivery & Setup
Your home is delivered to your property, blocked, secured with tie-downs, set up, and trimmed out.

Move In!
Take a final walkthrough with one of our service representatives. Then receive the keys to your new home and get ready to move in!
